Hello, I’m Jay. I’m the co-founder of Netflo, a Managed Service Provider based in London that provides IT support, consultancy, and solutions. My journey with computers started at a young age, from the early days of experiencing the Amiga 600 to getting my first Windows 95 computer. This fascination has stayed with me, and I’m proud to be a long-term member of the British Computer Society (BCS).
In 2005, I completed my university degree in Computing with Business Management. To further prepare myself for the world of business IT, I obtained Microsoft and Comptia qualifications later that same year. My career in IT began in 2005 in outsourced IT support, a challenging environment that has honed my skills and expertise while supporting businesses.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing squash and taking on DIY projects around the home. But what I cherish most is spending time with my family. We embrace technology where we can, making it a part of our everyday lives.
